The real question is ... if it could, would you even be open enough to receive it? Would you be clear enough to take the message you hear in the way it was intended, or would you be too anxious for knowning the future that you misread it?
Astrology can predict the future, but the future, as you may come to know, does not exist on just the level of the life we live-- just the physical experience of our 5 senses.
Energy has different flows. If you read something in a sun sign column that says "your relationship will be difficult," it could mean a few things. It could be talking about your personal experience on an emotional level. It could be talking about the other person being difficult to deal with. It could refer to a big mis-communication. It could be that the two of you will be apart, and one or both of you will be traveling - which could stress the relationship.
